Return Policy – Artistic Composite Pallets LLC

At Artistic Composite Pallets, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, many of which are custom-engineered or manufactured to specification, our return policy is structured to ensure fairness while maintaining product integrity and quality standards.

Returns & Claims

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you must contact Artistic Composite Pallets within 10 days of delivery to initiate a return or claim review.

All returns and claims are subject to evaluation and must be approved in writing prior to any material being returned.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Product does not meet the agreed-upon specifications
  • Product contains verified manufacturing defects (see Warranty below)
  • Product was damaged in transit (must be documented upon receipt)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-designed or modified pallets after First Article approval
  • Products that have been used, altered, or subjected to misuse
  • Orders where design approval has been confirmed and production completed per specification

Return Process

  • Customer must provide documentation, including photos and description of the issue
  • Artistic will review and determine corrective action (repair, replacement, or credit)
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Freight & Handling

  • All shipments are FOB (Freight on Board) unless otherwise stated
  • Customer is responsible for return freight unless the issue is due to a verified manufacturing defect or shipping error caused by Artistic
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Restocking & Cancellation

  • Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee
  • If an order is canceled after manufacturing has begun, the customer is responsible for:
    • All work completed up to cancellation
    • Any material or restocking fees incurred

Warranty

All pallets are warranted for 90 days from delivery to be free from manufacturing defects and to perform within stated specifications.

If a defect is confirmed within this period, Artistic will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or credit.

Design Modifications

Any design changes requested after First Article or drawing approval may:

  • Result in additional engineering charges
  • Delay delivery timelines
  • Void eligibility for return based on prior approved specifications

Limitation of Liability

Artistic Composite Pallets LLC shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or operational delays.

Force Majeure

Artistic is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to labor disruptions, transportation delays, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
